Isola Capital Asset Management Enters Into Distribution Agreement with Moelis Australia

Hong Kong., November 12, 2019 - Isola Capital Asset Management ("Isola"), a Hong Kong SFC licensed and regulated asset manager across private equity investments, venture capital and liquid secondary strategies, announced today that it has completed an agreement to collaborate with MAAM Holdings Pty. Ltd., (“Moelis Australia”) which is wholly owned by Moelis Australia Limited, an ASX listed financial services group specialising in Asset Management, Corporate Advisory and Equities.

 

The distribution agreement provides Moelis Australia with access to potential high net wealth / professional investors in Hong Kong, a leading global financial centre and an important gateway to the Greater China markets for asset management opportunities. Isola will also assist in the identification of potential qualified investors in Hong Kong from around the Asia region and introduce them to Moelis Australia investment products and services.
